Five worksheets focusing on the numbers 1 to 9, designed for kindergarten writing. Students can trace the numbers as words and use them in a sentence. It is great practice for any students of any age, and a great introduction to basic sentence structures and writing.
The best way to teach numbers to young learners is by song. To write out the words can be challenging, as these words tend to have difficult phonetic sounds. Instead, try and get the student to memorize the order of the letters to spell the word. Practice and repetition is key to building up their numbers writing in kindergarten.
